Inseego , a leader in 5G edge cloud solutions , has announced the release of Inseego 5G SD EDGE for enterprises , a 5G cloud networking solution that delivers networking and security through a 5G network fabric , thereby eliminating the need for complex , expensive , on-premise custom legacy hardware solutions .
The state of Louisiana and AT & T are collaborating on a plan to bring a state-of-the-art fiber network to nearly 9,800 homes , businesses and farms in parts of 13 Louisiana parishes . The US $ 19 million project is contingent upon a final contract between the state of Louisiana and AT & T .
The Inseego 5G SD EDGE enables the industry ’ s first zero trust network access ( ZTNA ) solution with distributed security and granular IT control designed exclusively for 5G networks . This new solution follows a novel approach to create a thin edge that is cloud controlled and makes Digital Transformation simple , fast and affordable for enterprises of all sizes .
AT & T has extensive experience deploying fiber-optics across Louisiana . More than 420,000 locations in the state currently have access to AT & T Fiber .

Finastra has unveiled its embedded consumer lending solution , enabling access to traditional regulated lending options for consumers at point-of-sale ( POS ). Financial institutions , distributors and merchants will benefit from a platform that makes it easy for their customers to access lending options .
For end consumers , Finastra Embedded Consumer Lending aims to make the buying process as frictionless as possible , providing more options to consumers and an alternative to the Buy Now Pay Later approach , which is often not applicable to high value purchases .
