Educational institutions driving rapid adoption of Aruba Wi-Fi 6E of the 250 plus educational institutions – and more than 1,400 total organizations – that have moved to Aruba Wi-Fi 6E APs as a foundation for enabling teaching , learning and smart campus initiatives since Aruba ’ s Wi-Fi 6E solutions were introduced in May 2021 .

Aruba , a Hewlett Packard Enterprise company , has announced that a significant , rapidly growing number of educational institutions – in both K-12 and higher education – are upgrading their network infrastructures with Wi-Fi 6E to enable the next generation of digital classrooms and campuses .

The increased capacity , higher performance and greater support for client and IoT device density made possible with Wi-Fi 6E , combined with specific innovations in Aruba ’ s access points ( APs ), are allowing these institutions to deliver extraordinary campus and classroom experiences for their students , faculty , staff and visitors .

Industry research firms like 650 Group indicate that these numbers have given Aruba a market-leading position in delivering Wi-Fi 6E infrastructure .

Water Street appoints Deepak Batheja as CIO

Water Street has announced that it has appointed Deepak Batheja as Chief Information Officer .

He assumes the role from Paul T . Cottey , who announced his retirement earlier this year .
Batheja will play an instrumental role in supporting Water Street ’ s family of companies with its goals for value creation . He will also spearhead the healthcare firm ’ s information technology , digital and cybersecurity operations .
“ Water Street ’ s profound focus on leveraging operational and industry expertise to achieve its goal of building companies into market leaders in healthcare is one of the primary reasons I joined the team ,” said Batheja .
“ This role provides me with a meaningful opportunity to share my experience developing IT and digital strategies to support companies ’ growth objectives . I also am humbled to contribute to Water Street ’ s goal of making a positive impact in healthcare , an area that is deeply personal to me .”
Batheja brings more than 30 years of technology operations experience to Water Street . He recently transformed the technology platforms and operations for two leading US healthcare organizations . He also served as CIO for numerous businesses owned by global private equity firms , where he aligned IT to support their expansion plans .
Batheja began his career at Bell Labs before joining Deloitte Consulting .
