Marvin appoints first-ever Chief Digital Officer

Johnson joins the company ’ s senior leadership team and will oversee the design of Marvin ’ s future-state enterprise technology and digital strategy – as well as its data and analytics initiatives .

Johnson ’ s experience adds to Marvin ’ s transformational journey . In his most recent role at Sonoco , a US $ 7 billion packaging manufacturer , Johnson and his team transformed the company ’ s operating and commercial models through innovative digital capabilities while overseeing technology services that supported 300-plus sites and plants in 33 countries .
Johnson will be stepping down from Marvin ’ s board to focus on his new CDO role .
Marvin , a premium manufacturer of windows and doors , has named Rick Johnson as its first-ever Chief Digital Officer ( CDO ).
“ I ’ m eager to further the company ’ s significant transformation that will heavily leverage modern technology across digital , automation , data and analytics ,” he said .
American Municipal Power names new CIO
American Municipal Power has named
Jared Price as its new Chief Information Officer ( CIO ).
Price , who has served as Vice President of Information Technology and Chief Technology Officer since 2015 , joined AMP in 2011 as IT director .

In his tenure at AMP , he has taken on increasing responsibility in the areas of Information Technology and operations technology strategy .
As CIO , Price will provide oversight for all Information Technology functions , including all data centers and technical service centers and all computer systems operations across the organization . Before joining AMP , Price worked at OhioHealth Group , where he was manager of information systems and United Midwest Savings Bank , where he was director of Information Technology . He also has held other IT positions at Matrix Psychological Services and Nationwide Financial .
Price has a Bachelor of Science in computer information systems from DeVry University and a Master of Business Administration , with a concentration in information systems management , from the Keller Graduate School of Management .
