Toronto-based ARHT Media , a global leader in live hologram technology , showcased its live hologram CAPSULE technology to beam speakers to the Augmented World Expo ( AWE ) event . AWE ’ s co-founder Ori Inbar interacted with his pre-recorded hologram during the expo ’ s opening remarks .
Magic Leap Founder , Rony Abovitz , was also beamed in live from a studio in Miami for his fireside chat with Forbes columnist Charlie Fink focused on invigorating XR as such technologies move into the mainstream .

Appdome has announced the integration of its Cyber Defense Automation platform with developer platform GitHub .
GitHub Actions is now part of the Appdome Dev2Cyber Agility Partner Initiative to accelerate the delivery of secure mobile apps globally . With this new integration , GitHub users can leverage Appdome ’ s configurationas-code ease from inside GitHub and build any of Appdome ’ s security , anti-fraud , anti-malware , anti-cheat and other cyber defences into Android and iOS apps .

KORE has confirmed the launch of its new vertical offering in retail solutions . The KORE Retail solution includes high bandwidth 5G cellular connectivity through fixed wireless access ( FWA ) to provide high-speed internet access traditionally available through wireline solutions . As many new retail applications rely on higher data volume and speed , a 5G network can offer greater bandwidth to support these new and evolving applications .
