Amentum announces Luis German as new CIO
Luis German brings decades of experience to his new appointment as Amentum CIO .

Before joining Amentum , German was at Visteon where he served as CIO overseeing all IT functions , as well as driving innovations and new approaches to increase efficiency , improve productivity and effectively manage the chip shortages that kept the company ahead of the competition .
German previously spent almost 20 years at Tenaris , where he served as Chief

Process and Information Officer as part of the team that managed strategic mergers and acquisition and launched its IPO .
Prior to Tenaris , German was at Ternium as Head of Strategic Planning and Head of New Business Development for the Automotive Sector .
Partnership pitches ‘ modern and diverse ’ connectivity between the US and Mexico
newest and longest long-haul dark fibre route in Mexico in 20 years .
The partnership will leverage this route from Fermaca and Zayo ’ s redundant route north of the border , providing access through Queretaro , which is now one of the most important data centre hubs in Mexico and the broader North American region , with over US $ 1 billion of investment in the last 10 years .
As more enterprises establish their operations in the city , there is an increasing demand for advanced network capabilities .
Zayo Group Holdings has announced its strategic partnership with Fermaca Networks , a leading provider of long-haul dark fibre infrastructure in Mexico . The partnership is pitched as providing ‘ the most modern and diverse connectivity ’ between the US and Mexico .
Fermaca is set to launch a new long-haul dark fibre route in Mexico in 2025 – the
