Zimperium welcomes Michael Williams as new Chief Marketing Officer

Mobile security specialist Zimperium has announced Michael Williams as the company ’ s new Chief Marketing Officer ( CMO ).

Previously , as CMO Symantec , Williams led the company ’ s return to pipeline and enterprise growth .
With a career spanning over two decades in cybersecurity marketing , Williams brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of driving growth and innovation .
His extensive experience also includes senior leadership roles at Blue Coat Systems and McAfee , where he drove global marketing growth strategies .
Williams joins Zimperium from KnowBe4 , where , as CMO he helped lead the company through a successful IPO and acquisition , his leadership earning the security awareness training provider top rankings in industry reports and unparalleled ARR growth .
At Zimperium , Michael will be responsible for shaping and executing marketing strategy , expanding our market penetration and thought leadership .

Sidus Space and NASA Stennis Space Center successfully complete primary objectives of historic in-space payload mission

Sidus Space , a multi-faceted Space and Data-as-a-Service satellite company , has announced that in partnership with NASA Stennis Space Center , the primary objectives of the NASA Autonomous Satellite Technology for Resilient Applications ( ASTRA ) payload mission have been successfully met .

Collaborating closely with the NASA Stennis Autonomous Systems Laboratory ( ASL ) team , Sidus Space conducted extensive integration and communications testing of the flight unit , making a significant step forward in the development of autonomous systems for aerospace applications .
“ The success of this first-ever in-space mission of the NASA Stennis ASTRA payload is a historic milestone for the center and the autonomous systems team ,” said John Bailey , NASA Stennis Center Director .
The ASTRA mission involves an autonomous systems hardware / software payload developed at NASA Stennis as a technology demonstrator in space aboard the Sidus Space premier satellite , LizzieSat-1 ( LS-1 .)
Following the successful completion of ASTRA payload activation and ASTRA software remote update by the Sidus Mission Control Center ( MCC ) team , the Sidus / NASA focus shifts to on-board data collection , demonstration of ASTRA application on-orbit capabilities and demonstration of ASTRA automated flight following software .
