Granite Communications has its high-tech customer service center up and running at the company ’ s new HQ in Quincy , Massachusetts .
The 240,000-square-foot facility is designed to leverage advanced technologies that enable seamless , high-quality service for customers . The center features cutting-edge tools and platforms that support real-time customer interactions and provide rapid , efficient solutions .

New Jersey has extended its agreement with Tyler Technologies for digital government solutions
The three-year contract builds on the existing 15-year relationship with the state streamlining processes and delivering essential services digitally .
In addition to this contract award , the state has chosen to officially extend Tyler ’ s previously awarded contract for credit card processing services for another year , allowing Tyler to continue securely processing payments for New Jersey residents and businesses .

4 CALIFORNIA

ChargePoint , a leading provider of networked charging solutions for electric vehicles ( EVs ), has received awards , through its partners , of more than $ 19 million to deploy 248 DC fast charging ports at 45 sites along California highways .
The awards have been approved by the California Energy Commission ( CEC ) and California Department of Transportation as part of the state ’ s first tranche of National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure ( NEVI ) program funds .
The new ChargePoint charging stations will be located along some of California ’ s most travelled highways , many of which have EV-charger congestion .
