GEM Token Fund has committed $ 100m to MoviePass for the launch of Mogul – Hollywood’ s first daily fantasy entertainment platform.

Deepwatch, a leader in AI-enabled, human-driven managed detection and response( MDR), has relocated its headquarters from Tampa, Florida, to Palo Alto, California.

MoviePass, a New York based technology company and its partner, C3 Foundation, has been undertaken to accelerate the development of Mogul which launched in beta earlier this month and lets film fans fans play the role of a studio head – predicting box office ranking, award outcomes and sentiment scores in a game that blends Hollywood knowledge with the competitive spirit of fantasy sports.

This strategic move is said to reflect the company’ s ambitious growth trajectory and commitment to advancing innovation at the intersection of AI and cybersecurity.

The new HQ is pitched as positioning Deepwatch at the center of the global technology ecosystem while maintaining strong operational roots in Tampa.

Rather than relocating entirely, Deepwatch is creating a bi-coastal presence that combines the Tampa office’ s operational excellence in security operations with Silicon Valley’ s innovation ecosystem – maximizing the company’ s reach and capabilities across both markets.

Proximity to key technology partners including Cisco, Google and Microsoft creates new opportunities for deeper collaboration and joint innovation initiatives that will benefit customers and advance the industry.

Future Tech Enterprise, the Fort Lauderdale based global IT solutions provider, is the Dell Technologies Federal Partner of the Year for 2025.

Netflix plans to invest $ 1 billion to transform the 292-acre former US Army installation Fort Monmouth into a premier East Coast production hub. The development will feature 12 cutting-edge soundstages totaling nearly 500,000 square feet, with additional areas dedicated to supporting film uses and community amenities.

Demolition is expected to take around 13 months, and the studio is projected to open in 2028.
