Hanley Energy Group, a provider of energy management and critical power solutions serving the global data center infrastructure market, has been successfully acquired by Jabil, a global leader in engineering, supply chain and manufacturing solutions.

The transaction was completed for approximately $ 725 million, with additional contingent consideration of up to $ 58 million tied to the achievement of future revenue thresholds. The acquisition marks a significant milestone for both organizations as they respond to rapidly increasing demand for resilient, scalable and energy-efficient data center infrastructure worldwide.

Founded in 2009, Hanley Energy Group, with its US headquarters in Ashburn, Virginia, has experienced consistent growth, expanding its footprint to 13 locations across Europe, North America and Asia delivering missioncritical power solutions to some of the world’ s most demanding digital environments.

Construction is underway on a 100 % fiber network that will deliver ultrafast internet to more than 8,200 homes and businesses. The first customers are expected to come online in early 2026. Service will expand neighborhood by neighborhood, steadily bringing fiber-optic access to more residents and businesses throughout the community.
