Mind teams up with SnapLogic to modernize data infrastructure supporting mental health services
SnapLogic, an agentic integration company, has announced that Mind, a leading mental health charity in the UK, is using SnapLogic’ s Agentic Integration Platform to modernize its data infrastructure, improve data quality and governance and accelerate the delivery of insights that support fundraising, campaigning and mental health services.
Mind’ s mission is to create a mentally healthy society and fight for a future where no mind is left behind. As demand for mental health support grows across the UK, the organization identified the need to become more data-driven, enabling teams to trust their data, respond faster to supporters and scale digital initiatives without relying on fragile or end-of-life integration tools.
From legacy risk to modern integration
Before adopting SnapLogic, Mind relied on third-party-managed ETL tools, some of which were nearing or had reached end of life. This created operational risk, limited visibility into data flows and slowed the organization’ s ability to respond to change. Updates often took months, costs increased and internal teams lacked the autonomy to adapt integrations to evolving priorities.
With SnapLogic, Mind has brought integration capabilities in-house, giving its Data, Digital and Technology team full visibility and control over data pipelines while applying consistent governance across its CRM and wider data ecosystem.
Within nine months, Mind has built four times more active data flows and pipelines than before, significantly reducing delivery timelines and removing reliance on external developers.
Daniel Eels, Data and CRM Projects Lead at Mind, said:“ SnapLogic put the power back in our hands. We now have visibility, control and confidence in our data pipelines. What used to take months and carried constant risk can now be delivered quickly, reliably and in line with our governance standards. That has a direct impact on how effectively we support our teams, our supporters and ultimately the people who rely on Mind.” Better data, better outcomes
By improving data quality and reliability, Mind’ s teams now spend less time manually handling data and more time focusing on high-value work such as engaging supporters, responding faster to inquiries and building trust through accurate information.
Manual processes that once took days or weeks each month have been automated through SnapLogic pipelines, freeing staff to focus on mission-critical activities. This has improved collaboration, clarified data ownership and strengthened relationships with stakeholders.
Beyond immediate gains, Mind is using SnapLogic to build a scalable, governed foundation for future automation and AI initiatives. With integration standardized across the organization, SnapLogic now acts as the central conduit for data across enterprise systems, supporting improved data literacy and enabling experimentation with Agentic AI use cases. • 42
