FEATURE revenue-generating operations. More than 80 robots have also been brought into its initial supply pool, sourced through Faraday Future users and customers as well as AIxC’ s user community.
RoboShare has simultaneously launched what it calls its‘ Ten-City Strategy’, beginning in Los Angeles, where the company intends to develop an operating model that can eventually be replicated elsewhere.
Putting robot sharing to work
RoboShare’ s first commercial deployment provides an early indication of how that model could operate.
The project, expected to be deployed at an event in Malibu, California, involves six robots across three categories: one FF Master humanoid robot, four Aegis Pro quadruped robots and one compact Navi quadruped.
RoboShare will also provide customised performance production and content design, testing its ability to combine different robot types within one customer project rather than simply supplying individual machines.
Its first customer is Los Angeles-based artist, rapper, comedian and content creator DU $ TY, also known as Dusty the Rapper. The parties are considering further opportunities spanning live events, music, comedy and content production, potentially creating recurring demand for robot deployments.
Entertainment provides a highly visible demonstration environment, but AIxC’ s ambitions extend much further.
Faraday Future’ s wider robot portfolio includes humanoids, mobile manipulators and quadrupeds, opening potential applications across education, industrial environments, security, inspection, performance and other commercial markets.
