The US Army Human Resources Command has selected Missionforce National Security to deploy secure autonomous AI agents, extending digital HR support to 9.2 million soldiers, veterans, civilian employees and military families.

Command will use Salesforce’ s Agentforce technology within an Impact Level 5( IL5)-authorised environment, enabling HRC to provide aroundthe-clock assistance while maintaining controls designed for highly sensitive controlled unclassified information.

According to Salesforce, Army HRC will become the first organisation within the Department of War to deploy the newly IL5-authorised Agentforce for these workloads.

For HRC, the project represents the next stage in a wider modernisation programme intended to make personnel services faster, more accessible and less dependent on disconnected legacy systems. The command handles more than 1,500 cases every day, covering issues that can have a direct impact on careers and family life, including assignments, promotions, benefits and records management.
