StockX launches immersive shopping experience for Apple Vision Pro

Online marketplace StockX has launched an immersive shopping app for Apple Vision Pro .
The experience features an immersive sneaker showcase with 3D models of top releases , a rich product browse and discovery experience , live and actionable market data – and a ' shop the look ' feature that allows users to browse user-generated content from customers around the world in a 4K display .
Detroit-based StockX specializes in buying , selling and discovering the world ' s most sought-after sneakers , apparel , accessories , collectibles and electronics .

• Rich product discovery : Browsing StockX ' s full product catalog with eye tracking and hand gestures , viewing products in ‘ stunning ’ detail .
• Interactive market data : Engaging with live , rich market data and interacting with visual graphs and detailed sales information for real-time insights allowing for informed buying decisions .
The new app , designed for Apple Vision Pro , further encourages users to dive into the world of current culture with an entirely new shopping experience .

The app was designed entirely in-house by a small group of StockX ' s product designers and engineers .
The team – assembled in December 2023 – jumped in head-first to create a first-ofits-kind spatial app for StockX ' s user base , which is comprised mostly of millennial and Gen Z customers .
